Offered for sale is this rare vintage VACHERON ET CONSTANTIN Swiss Watchmakers Brochure folding Travel Map in very good overall condition. It has light creases that are barely noticeable and has minimal wear. When opened up it measures about 19 1/2" by 16 1/2" and when closed up comes in at about 8 1/4" by 4". This is a rare vintage ephemera piece from one of the world's leading watchmakers and a very good paper collectible that combines interest in Watch Making and Tourism and also Map Collecting. I think that this is a circa 1953 brochure as it came in a box of travel ephemera from an estate in the Southern Tier Region of New York State that contained ephemera from 2 different trips, one from the 1920's and one from 1953 in Europe. The graphics look more like 1950's to me than 1920's. Shipping and handling to any of the 50 states is .00 and will be paid for by the winning bidder.
