How is it different??

When designing this product, safety was our #1 priority!
Cells are installed in plastic holders, plastic holders are bonded together and shrink wrapped, and the
shrink wrapped
packs are surrounded by
1/4" thick non-flammable foam in a hard and rigid 1/8" thick plastic case
designed and manufactured in USA.
(In contrast
, phone/drone batteries are commonly lithium polymer "bags" - easily punctured causing
explosions
, and
are commonly only protected by a thin plastic plate with no foam.)
Each cell array is
continuously monitored
by a Battery Management System (BMS).  The BMS protects all cells against overcharging,
overdischarging
, as well as overcurrent.

Post terminals on our battery packs allow you to quickly and easily replace old batteries or install our packs in your new system.
