A Celluloid Advertising Sewing Tape Measure for Stromberg Carburetor. I think it dates to the early 20th Century era. The case measures approximately 1 3/4 inches with a multi-color celluloid design. An advertisement along the edge: "J.H. McCullough & Sons, 257 N. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA." The cloth tape is pulled out a little over 2" and will not retract. I've made no attempt to try it. Different images on each side. The item is in used condition.
