2 Vintage LBZ Spinning Top Toys

2 vintage spinning toy tops, both pre-owned condition.
LBZ has a plastic dome, the piece on the bottom that sits seems a little warped.  Inside is a performing seal with rings and a man in a car with an umbrella. Spinner works.  Has US PAT 4 695 263 and a UK patent number on the bottom.  Also has a place for batteries on the bottom, not sure if that part works.
Other one is metal, not sure of a brand.  It sits as it should has different animals around it and also spins great.  It is in the better condition of the two.  Also has US PAT 4 695 263 and a UK Patent number on the bottom.
