It cannot be 1839-O because of the drapery from the elbow, and 1859 O half dimes, have a slightly different shaped Liberty with slimmer arms and hollow stars; therefore leaving only 1849-O as the possible date, which the characteristics this coin has matches. The coin pictured is the exact coin you will receive. The coin has been holed twice at some point and is darker in color.
